1. Services:

Photography Session: The photographer agrees to provide a photography session of the client's pet(s) under the agreed-upon terms.

Digital Products: The photographer agrees to provide digital copies of selected photographs in a specified format (e.g., high-resolution JPEG).

Physical Products: The photographer agrees to provide physical products such as prints, canvases, or other merchandise, as specified by the client and subject to availability.

2. Payment:

Payment Methods: Payment for the shoot is due on initial voucher purchase. Accepted payment methods include Apple/Google Pay, credit card (availability dependant upon device used to make purchase).

Booking fee: Services can be reserved by payment of a non refundable booking fee. Payment in full is required before the shoot. Contact us for more details.

Product Fees: Fees for additional products, such as prints and digital packages, are due in full before delivery.

3. Copyright:

Ownership: The photographer retains copyright ownership of all photographs.

Usage Rights: The client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the digital products for personal use only.

Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the photographs requires prior written consent from the photographer.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the session, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Photographer Cancellation: If the photographer cancels the session, a full refund of the booking fee will be provided, or the session will be rescheduled.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Product Delivery:

Digital Products: Digital products will be delivered electronically via a specified method (e.g., email, cloud storage).

Physical Products: Physical products will be delivered by mail or in-person, as agreed upon.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for physical products are the responsibility of the client.

6. Limitation of Liability:

The photographer is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the photography session.

The photographer is not responsible for any loss or damage to the client's pet(s) during the session.

7. Indemnification:

• The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the photographer from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the client's use of the photographs.
