Refund policy
As a small independent business, I care deeply about my customers and put a lot of effort in making my products the best they can be.
Returns policy
If you do need to return something you can return unopened items in their original re-saleable condition within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items.
Return postage must be covered by the customer and I recommend using a tracked service to return your parcel safely.
How to start your return
If you do need to send anything back you can email me at dave@numberfifteen.co.uk to arrange your return.
In your email, please include your full name, order number and reason for the return. I'll email instructions for how and where to send your parcel.
Exchanges
If you’d like an exchange, please request a return for your unwanted item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for your new item.
Faulty or incorrect items
Please check your item when you receive it. If your item is faulty or incorrect, please email me at dave@numberfifteen.co.uk with a photo of the fault or issue and I’ll send a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
Refunds
I'll notify you when your return has been received and accepted. Your refund will then be automatically processed to your original payment method, minus the original postage amount.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
